RotaChrom GMP rCPC, $350,000
The GMP rCPC is RotaChrom’s liquid-liquid Centrifugal Partition Chromatography (CPC) platform, designed to adhere to pharma GMP regulations. The rCPC can be used for API-grade compound production and pilot-scale purification and research tasks in a pharmaceutical environment. Every aspect of the unit is tailored and executed exactly to the User Requirement Specifications (URS).
The purpose of the rCPC is to separate compounds of interest (COI) from impurities. It is possible to collect up to 9 COI fractions and 1 Impurity fraction. The rCPC operates with time-based fraction collection. The composition of the separated fractions is monitored by a UV detector.
RotaChrom provides a 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of installation. Installation and Preventative Maintenance programs are available as well. Please contact us for more information.
